The Thermal Hotel is situated in a fabulous environment, 200 metres from the Csillag Fortress. It welcomes its guests in the area of the Brigetio Thermal Spa.

Hotel rooms
The Thermál Hotel has 27 rooms including 4 standard, 21 superior and 2 family rooms. Each room is equipped with a colour TV with several channels, a telephone, wireless Internet connection and a fridge. Some of the rooms have a terrace.

Our superior rooms and family rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Family rooms have 4 beds in two bedrooms.

Thermál Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Please respect legislation on the protection of smokers. Smoking is permitted in the smoking area 5 metres away from the entrance. In case of smoking in the hotel or the room, we charge a 30 000,- HUF/day cleaning fee.

Catering
Hotel guests can have breakfast in the hotel from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., if breakfast is included in the roomprice. Please note that after January 1, 2025, breakfast will no longer be available at the hotel.

Brigetio Thermal Spa
The Thermal Spa is also operated by the hotel; it can be reached through the camping area, which is about a 5-minute walk.

To be able to enter the thermal spa, upon arrival, you receive an entrance watch valid for one person at the reception. With the help of this, you can enter the thermal bath through the entrance gates. For the comfort of our guests, bathrobes and bathing towels are available for rent at the reception for a renting fee.

The room prices include free ticket for the thermal spa.

Children under the age of 14 are NOT allowed to use the indoor and outdoor thermal pools for health reasons!

8 swimming pools are available in the thermal spa. Our hotel guests can use outdoor and both the indoor swimming pools free of charge.

The opening hours of the thermal spa: every day from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Our hotel guests can use the services of the thermal spa from 04:30 a.m.

We offer a salt room for patients with allergies and asthma, but it is also suitable for strengthening the immune system.

Sauna world
Guests can use the services of the sauna world for a fee in the building of the thermal spa. There are 2 Finnish saunas, a steam cabin, an infra sauna and a Kneipp tread indoors. Our guests can try the sauna in the sauna garden in log cabin saunas and in the relaxing garden.
Except of the summer season, there are sauna séances several times a week held by our qualified sauna masters. Get informed about the concrete sauna séances at the reception or our website (www.komaromfurdo.hu). The Sauna world can be used for a fee. A daily pass to the sauna costs 2000 HUF for hotel guests, the séances cost 550 HUF/séance.

The opening hours of the Sauna: from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m., on Saturday and on Sunday and on bank holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.

Catering
There is a buffet in the area of the thermal park, where cold and hot dishes and drinks are available for our guests.

Medical department
Our medicinal water is calcium-magnesium-hydro carbonated, chloride and sulphate qualified medicinal water, which can be used for water cure and is appropriate and effective in the treatment of the following diseases:
- degenerative spine and joint diseases,
- accident,orthopaedics, traumatology, neurosurgery rehabilitation (conditionafter herniated disc surgery developed after accidents, musculoskeletal disorders), atherosclerosis
- non-acute phase inflammatory rheumatic diseases
- certain gynaecological problems

Our medical department offers the following services to our guests: medical examination, electro-therapeutic treatments, ultrasound, therapeutic massage physiotherapy, weight bath, underwater jet massage, effervescent bath, herbal wraps. The medical department is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

A room with a thermal spa entry watch
Each hotel guest receives a watch with a chip card, which is a pass to the thermal spa. This is necessary for the entry to the thermal spa and registration.We ask you to leave the watch at the reception when you check out. In case of losing the watch, we charge a fee of 2000 HUF, which will be added to your final invoice.

Air-conditioning
Before going to a superior room with air-conditioning, you will receive the remote control at the reception and our colleagues will explain how the device works.

Anti-slip bathroom mats
Mats can be requested from the room maid.

Baby beds
Guests with babies can request a portable baby bed upon arrival at the reception, which has to be given back in the same place at departure. The baby bed can be rented free of charge, however, in case of any damage a fee of 15 000 HUF will be charged and added to the final invoice.

Bathrobes and bathing towels
Bathrobes and bathing towels can be rented at the reception. The rent of the bathrobe is 1000 HUF/rent; the bathing towel costs 500 HUF/rent. In case of losing or damaging the bathrobe, a fee of 8000 HUF will be charged, in case of the bathing towel the fee is 3000 HUF, which will be added to the final invoice.

Bedlinen change
Bedlinen is changed weekly. If you wish a different routine, please inform the Reception.

Breakfast
If you have chosen a package including breakfast, you can have breakfast in the breakfast room of the hotel from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Please note that after January 1, 2025, breakfast will no longer be available at the hotel.

Check-in, check-out
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. on check-in day until 10 a.m. on check-out day. Your room is reserved until 6 p.m.; please inform us in advance in case of late arrival.
In case of no arrival or the lack of notification the room will be not reserved.
We ask all our guests – both individually and in groups – to leave their rooms and carry out payment until 10:00 a.m. The hotel cannot be left without payment.

Dunamente Discount Card
The Dunamente Card is a regional discount card, which allows you to receive certain tourist services free of charge or with a discount.

If you spend at least 2 nights in our hotel, we will give you the card free of charge.

If you stay with us for 1 night, you will also receive some discounts: we recommend the Dunamente Tourist Card that you can purchase for 1500 HUF in our hotel.
The discount card is valid for 36 hours from the time of validation at purchase.

Emergency exit
The nearest emergency exit can be found in the emergency route displayed on the room door.

Environmental protection
Our hotel supports environmental-friendly programmes and initiatives.Please help and be subject to excessive water and energy consumption, which can have negative effects on our environment. There is selective waste collection in the area of the camping, please take care of throwing rubbish into separate containers. Thank you.

Gift shop
There is a gift shop at the hotel reception, where you can purchase BrigetioThermal Spa gifts.

Handling complaints
In case of comments, remarks and complaints, please contact the reception during your stay so that we can deal with the occurring problem as soon as possible.

Internet
In the hotel free Wi-Fi is available.
There is an Internet corner in the hall available for our guests free of charge.

Newspaper
Newspapers can be bought in the kiosk situated in the area of the thermal spa.

Night swimming
Depending on the weather, we organize indoor or outdoor night swimming at a pre-announced time from 8:30 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. You can find further information about night swimming in our website (www.komaromfurdo.hu). The hotel guests need to purchasea separate entrance pass for nightswimming.

Parking
In the north side of the hotel there is limited number of designated parking spaces without guarding available free of charge.

Payment methods
Our hotel accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, MKB, VISA, OTP, K&H Bank.

Pets
Our hotel does not accept pets due to health reasons.

Play-room
In the ground floor of our hotel, there is a playhouse available for the children of our guests free of charge. Children cannot be left unattended in the play-room;we do not take any responsibility or liability for accidents.

Post box
The hotel reception is happy to help you in the administration of your post.

Power supply
The connectors in the rooms, in the bathrooms and in the public areas of the hotel provide 230 Volts.

Renting bicycles
Adult and child bicycles can be rented for the price of 400 HUF/hour/bicycle. Please, ask the reception.

Requesting an umbrella
A limited number of umbrellas can be requested at the Reception free of charge.

Safe deposit
There is a safe deposit available for our guests in the hotel lobby. The usage of the safe is free of charge; in case of losing the key a fee of 2000 HUF will be charged and added to the final invoice.

Salt room
Salt was used for healing already during the times of the ancient Greeks and Romans. We offer a salt room for patients with allergies and asthma, but it is also suitable for strengthening the immune system.The salt room can be visited during the opening hours of the thermal spa. You do not need to purchase a separate pass to the salt room, all the visitors of the thermal spa can use it.

Sauna

Theatre and concert tickets
The Hungarian Equestrian Theatre can be found in the town of Komárom, and across the river Danube, there is the Jókai Theatre in Slovakia. There are regular performances at FortMonostor, too. If you are interested in getting a ticket, please contact the reception.

Visitors
We are pleased if your friends, relatives or business partners visit you in our hotel. We ask you to welcome your guests in the hall and do not invite guests to your room without notification.

Wake up service
You can ask for wake up service at the Reception.

Safety regulations
Please observe the following precautions to ensure safety:
• The hotel is a non-smoking hotel, smoking is forbidden in the building.
• Because of fire safety reasons, you must not use electrical appliances (immersion heaters, irons, etc.) in the room. When leaving the room, please always turn off the TV and turn off the lights.
• In case of emergency, please contact the reception.
• In case of fire alarm, leave the building immediately. The emergency route can be found in the chart displayed on the room door.
• Always keep the room closed, close the windows and balcony doors as well at departure. Protect your valuables. The hotel is not liable for the valuables and cash left in the room.
