We have created our guest loyalty programme for the returning guests of accomodation in order to reward their royalty and trust. Our system records every night spent in our apartmenthouse that is connected to your reservation.If you reach any of the discount levels and you register in our guest royalty programme personally, our apartmenthouse will validate the appropriate discount. Our discounts can only be used by registered guests and their companions. We will consider the number of nights spent in our apartmenthouse from the year of 2014.

The Regular Guest Card is not transferable.

Bronze level:
If you have already spent 6-14 nights in our apartmenthouse, you are entitled for the following discounts:
- early arrival + a free pass to BrigetioThermal Spa
- late departure + a free pass to BrigetioThermal Spa
- 3 % discount from accommodation fee

Silver level:
If you have already spent 15-21nights in our apartmenthouse, you are entitled for the following discounts:
- early arrival + a free pass to BrigetioThermal Spa
- late departure + a free pass to BrigetioThermal Spa
- 5 % discount from accommodation fee

Gold level:
If you have already spent at least 22nights in our apartmenthouse, you are entitled for the following discounts:
- early arrival + a free pass to BrigetioThermal Spa
- late departure + a free pass to BrigetioThermal Spa
- 12 % discount from accommodation fee
The above discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.

The terms of using discounts:

• Membership is free of charge. Discounts are available only for the beneficiary person and in case they were issued for individual guests. Please indicate your intention to use the discount at reservation.
  
• The Regular Guest Discount is not transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  
• We will consider the number of nights spent in our apartmenthouse from 1 January 2014 (Thermal Hotel), and exclusively reservations carried out in our website, by telephone or via e-mail are included in our guest royalty programme.Reservations carried out via online booking sites, resp. any other coupon sites are not included in our guest royalty programme.
  
• The discount cannot be used for the payment of tourism tax, BrigetioTherma Spa pass, other services and other consumption.
  
• The reached discount is always valid from the next stay.
  
• The regular guest discount is valid for an indefinite period of time with the condition of spending at least 2 nights upon one occasion every year in our apartmenthouse. If interruption occurs, the regular guest discount for the collected number of nights will terminate, regular guest discount can be credited again from the current year.
  
• It is valid exclusively in case of reservations carried outin our website or via e-mail.
  
• The regular discount is only valid for our individual guests and is not applicable to corporate bookings

We ask our guests to carry out reservations under the same name in order to make identification easier.
