•Fees to be paid in addition to the „National Health Insurance Fund” support must be paid in one lump sum at the Patient Information Desk before treatment begins!
• Cancellation, rescheduling and reimbursement of spa treatments may only take place prior to the start of treatment, in duly justified cases, on the basis of appropriate certification (medical certificate, summons, etc.).
• Please note that the treatment dates are strictly adhered to, as there is no or limited opportunity to correct delays and make up for missed appointments.
• Please also note that by using the services of the Brigetio Spa, including the Medical Department, you accept and commit to the policies of the service areas.
• The services and facilities of the Brigetio Spa can be used at your own risk!
• In case of loss of the access hour, a fee of HUF 2.000 (2.000 HUF deposit + 1.000 Ft).If you lose it, the HUF 2,000 deposit will not be refunded.
• Medical tickets are only to be used on the operating days of the medical department.
• Medical access hours do not entitle the user to use the beach services. The services of the beach are available with a ticket purchased at the ticket office of the Brigetio Spa.
• Only the person who initiated the medical treatment may use the medical watch. In the event of unauthorized use, the access control clock will be disabled without further notice.
• Due to water change, maintenance, technical failure, refurbishment of swimming pools due to partial or full service interruption or short opening hours, the guest / patient may not claim reimbursement or other compensation from Komthermál Ltd..
• The guest / patient commits himself / herself to wearing the watch during his / her stay at the Brigetio Spa by purchasing the entrance ticket.
• Komthermál Ltd. will not be able to reimburse the cost of the use of the ticket for any period not used by the guest / patient for any reason.
